Message to RDP

We didn't expect this latest deal from you. I didn't. When you were first let in, I thought you would be a quiet little player, and mind your business. Unfortuantely, that changed when Faiz was banned. Not saying we should let him back, of course.

What I'm saying is that you took your "new faiz" post WAAAY too seriously. So much that you started to take on his bad sides. Excessive adherence to reality, overruling other players, and focusing a lot-even too much- into these damn rails. I saw the warning signs before, but this time, you took it too far.

I'm speaking of the PR Terminal, of course. 40 rails? Seriously? And for no reason. Just floating like that in the middle of no-rail-ville. And for no damn reason. Alpha crashed when going near them, and others probably would as well. Also regarding that, your expansion plans create unneeded rail clutter, and need to be stop. Therefore, I'm telling you- this needs to stop.

Rails may be your hobby, but this ain't Cities-Skylines, or any other realistic stuff. It's MC. Realism is what brought some down, and I doubt you would like to share that person's fate. Then again, you're perilously close to the edge. Just my two cents on the matter.

Everyone else is agaisnt you on the matter, with only Nerd probably being on your side. Resistance is practically futile. ~T

Edit: It's also against the rules to cause lag and to make major changes to environment without OP consent. And I doubt that only your consent is enough to justify that.

RDP I would suggest that you reduce the amount of rails at PR to no more than 10. Please, I can't go within a hundred blocks from Port Random without my computer crashing.

I'm more of a hardliner on that, to be very honest-reduce the "clutter" rails to 0, including the tunnel, (bridge rails are broken due to that), and then mothball the entire network.

Dear RDP,

Everyone has been thinking that I would agree on your side, and they would probably thought that I am all against them. Well, let's talk about the stuff that would probably make you feel down. At my first glance of the terminal, I had no impression, at all. Then I started, thinking about these bunch of rail spaghetti (I made up this term since I saw the rails in Southville and beyond) and how it can cause lags. I mean, you probably thinking of making your city as much realistic as possible, and usually terminals have millions and millions of rails. To me, putting rails like these at the terminal is pretty hideous. I think that's all the bad things I can tell. On to the good things. I know that you like rails, a lot, and I'm with you. In my opinion, you can be creative in rails, stations, bridges, etc. I'm with you, but due to other players' demands, maybe simplify the PR Terminal system

And be optimistic under these complaints.

Stay happy with rail :)

I dismantled the spaghetti and I will be cutting down the number of rails. However, I also read all of your messages in the chat. The least I can say is that I'm hurt. I'm annoyed and disappointed in reading all of the bottled up anger y'all have towards me and all this commotion that could have been solved by talking. Seeing all of the messages posted within a 9 hour period where "RDP this" and "RDP that" is emotionally bad. I mean if you had issues with my buildings you could have just said so a long time ago on the chat. It is annoying to read it all on a day where things haven't gone very well for me.

I'm also gonna take this time to respond a few messages.

PR is too ambitious: I am only really building PR in the spot until the chunk error, and the river. My plans for other things surrounding are a town, maybe a suburb, and andesite valley. Perhaps you were just scared by the size of andesite valley. It's only really a collection of towns and not a grand huge suburb. Again, I know that this is not gonna be easy. I always allow people who plan on building stuff there, the space isn't restricted, it's just following athyras rules.

Also, I try to be a fair owner. Yes, I have my beef, and my stuff, but I try to use my better judgement. I know that the UMS is an important part of the community and I try my best to preserve it fairly

Also, yes I am aware that I have taken up way too much space in the northwest, and that I haven't built that much except rails and PR. That is because those are my two passions and I tend to focus on them. Will I ever build on other stuff? Probably. The airport counts I guess. Will it be soon? No not really. You try to build a city out of your own effort.

Final thing about getting nerd OP... When I asked UMS players then, I had not heard an objection. Plus, it would be nice to have someone else active who can do maintenance instead of just me (and maybe MTM be he is very inactive)

Last thing. I feel uncomfortable as an owner. I pay for the server and do all the tech stuff. So unless you have another plan, the last thing I want to hear is someone hoping that my term will end to clean up the server, because who will?
