Z3 Memorial Site is an area in Sector 5-6, located near Tagor-Morioh Expressway, south to Chessboard Monument and north to expressway's interchange with route to Laval.

It was named after German relay-based mainframe computer Z3, built in 1941 by Konrad Zuse.

The site became maintained firstly in June 2018 by NerdieSanders, who was making the expressway between Morioh and Tagor. He decided to estabilish a small parking area with a restaurant in this spot.

After that, the site would be left as idle until October 20th, 2018, when ParrotAntics decided to use the area on the other side of the expressway as a location for third railway station of Garri Kasparov Line. He has finished the station's building and platforms on October 24th, 2018. Later, the station received an underground passage leading to the parking area under the road.

The monument of Z3, consisting of 3 arithmetic unit racks, was constructed on December 9th, 2018. The rack design was based not on the original Z3 machine, but rather memory rack of 2008 Z3 replica created by Horst Zuse, which is currently displayed in Konrad Zuse Museum in Hünfeld, Germany. During construction, ParrotAntics used a diagram published by author of Z3 replica in 2017.
